Had kindof a matrixy feel. It was present or close to it in year, and a large company was slowl phasing out the physical world in replace for a stereotypical life given to you bycomputer. I looked alot like Krist Novoselic, I think, and Sarah was in it for a short bit, along with a younge girl who was a very good friend.
I started off working in a grocery store, usually sitting up high with some cookies, as they were my department. I only ever ate one kind though. I’d occasionally run up along the top of the wall of food to grab something elsewhere. At one point ai opened up a package and there was a huge rolled up, but climaxed-in condom. I lifted it over my head and ran toward a basketball hoop, using someone for leverage in order to jump at and dunk the condom. I missed, and fell flat on the ground purposely after doing so.
Later, I was climbing up to sit witmy cookies, and got my arms and face covered in fiberglass, and headed to a restaurant in Mexico I liked in order to try and wash up. On the way there, cars raced past me occasionally. Two girls sharing a motorcycle didn’t pay for a meal, and as they tried to drive away, someone kept making the bike backfire and stop. They were getting upset. I grabbed a little blue bike and hurried to the restaurant, leaving the bike out front for someone to grab. There was a line for the bathroom, so I asked if I could use the kitchen one, and told no. Back in the bathroom line, three pigs of guys were looking through magazines and talking about the women in them. They wouldn’t let me in the bathroom to wash my arms and face, one of them grabgbed my arm and rubbed the fiberglass in.
Once I did wash off, I went to a run-down “beach”. Basically a building that was a good deal underwater, and had the walls removed for afew floors in order for people to sit inside. This is where I sat and talked with Sarah and the little girl. Sarah once told me that for the money, she’s never seen a nicer beach, and the girl told me she didn’t consider it a beach less it felt like a beach, happy, clean, free, which it didn’t. I told Sarah I’d never seen a nicer one.
I went inside a building behind us, where tours went on of the past and future. They had some pretty fancy high tech stuff like air or fabric screens, voices explaining exhibits, it looked sortof neutral in this place. Everything a neutral grey for the most part. Eventually, this building became the center for everyones world. Computers hooked to our brains would provide us weith everything we needed. I walked down along a long path with some people, and at the base they went up as they were intended to. I was able to fight this and try to wake up from this world by trying to escape. I turned around and attached pick-axes to my feet like skates, and slowly and painfully skated up the way I came. At the end, the army was setting up a path in order to train on and to guard the path. I came to a point where an archer in a gorilla suit was trying to get me. He ran out of arrows and climbed down. I tried kicking him between the legs, but it didn’t slow him down very much, so I grabbed a big 2×4 or something and used that to hit him between the legs with. That stopped him, atleast long enough to get away from him. After that, I basically snuck past people. I hid under a piano while two men were bringing boxes of stuff back and fourth. They noticed me, and I played dumb and went over to look at a fabric screen to see what it was. They hadn’t payed much attention to it either. I pulled it down and when I had the chance, told them that I was going to be free, and jumped over. I kept explaining how I was going to go outside, pulling down other screens that were in the ways of doors. The men kept watching over the balcony as I left. Once I finally got outside, It looked run down from everyones being inside. I dove in the water and thought of the woma in charge of the matrixy thing saying how I’ve never found a better beach for the money (now free). When I surfaced from the water, my friend the little girl called over and welcomed me to the party. I eagerly swam over and sat with her and many of her friends, mostly young. She told me how she thought the fake workd was too cheesy and stereotypical, introduced me to friends. One of which had spidervanes from ewaring chucks, another of which she asked if she kissed some boy when she introduced me. My friend told me that it was now a beach, and I cupped some water in my hand and drank it.
