Sending a puppy home.

I was on the beach awhn i saw a dog coming dow witha leash still attached.  i didn’t think oveit fguring maybe the owenrs were nearby and ust left it on for asy access.  later, i was even further out and saw the dog agin still with the leash and no owners.  i grabbed the dog and started playing with it, and checked it’s info.  there was a ntvelope with a name and street and town they lived in.  at first it didn’t register where they were.  i saw marlboro and figured i’d just drop in the car and bring it home.  then i realized that’s 30300 miles away.t and the dong probably didn’t walk it.  i tried calling the operator to figure out if there was a t s rosenstin on samosn road in marlboro but neither operathor or google maps were helping me .  everything i tried wasn’t working.  i just kept trying and having something go wrong like connnection timeouts, typos giving wron g results and stuff.
