No one under 13?

I was back at my parent’s house and came home from donig something at night to find the garage had been broken into.  My car was in therea nd had been scratched up and spaypanted and dented.  I noticed spraypaint all over the rest of the garage too.  They also broke into he house and damaged and vandalized pretty much everything else ther ewas.  Looking out the front window, I could see that other garages had the same thing done to them, it looked like they hit every house on the block.
